PVC insulated flame-retardent low smoke power cables with protective covering of БбШв type up to 1 kV. The cables meet the requirements of Specs. 16.К71-310-2001.
Structure
- Conductor – aluminium or copper, single or multi-wire, round or sector shaped, class 1, 2 as per national standard GOST 22483-77. The number of conductors: 2-5. 4-conductor cables may have 3 conductors of the same area and one conductor of smaller area (ground or neutral one).
- Insulation – low flammability PVC composition. Insulated multi-conductor cables carry identification coloring. Grounding conductor insulation is in two colors (green-yellow). Neutral conductor insulation is blue.
- Stranding – insulated conductors are stranded to form a cable core. In the sector conductor cables PET film tape is applied over stranded conductors.
- Inner Sheath: PVC plastic compound of low flammability. The minimal inner sheath thickness is 0,9 мм. In cables with round shaped conductors inner sheath is applied with filling interstices between conductors.
- Protective covering: БбШв type: armour of two steel zinc-coated tapes; protective hose - PVC composition of low flammability.
Аpplication
The cables are designed for power transmission and distribution in stationary equipment at alternating voltage 0,66 kV and 1kV, or at fixed voltage 1kV and 1,5 kV.
The cables are produced for industrial application and application in nuclear power stations by deliveries to home and export markets.
The cabels are designed for use in cable structures and areas, including nuclear power systems, class 3 or 4 as per classification ОПБ-88/97 (ПНАЭ Г-01-011-97).
Class of fire safety on classification НБП 248 - П1.7.2.1.
The cables are flame-retardent while bundled installation.
