Flame-retardent low smoke armoured power cables. The cables meet the requirements of Specs.16.К71-090-2002.
Structure
- Conductor – aluminium or copper, single or multi-wire, round or sector shaped, class 1, 2 as per national standard GOST 22483-77. The number of conductors: 1, 3, 4, 5.
- Insulation – low flammability PVC composition. Insulated multi-conductor cables carry identification coloring.
- Stranding – insulated conductors are stranded to form a cable core. In the sector conductor cables PET film tape is applied over stranded conductors.
- Separating layer – PVC composition of low flammability is applied over single conductor insulation. Inner sheath – PVC composition of low flammability is applied on stranded conductors with filling interstices between them. In sector shaped cables it is allowed to apply inner sheath without filling interstices between conductors.
- Armour – two steel zinc-coated tapes.
- Outer sheath – low flammability PVC composition.
Аpplication
The cables are designed for power transmission and distribution in stationary equipment for alternating voltage 1kV and frequency up to 100Hz.
The cables may be used in d.c. voltage power systems with rating 2,5 times higher than relevant direct voltage. The cables are used for installation in cable structures, indoor and subway, including areas with danger of fire and explosion, if cable is not exposed to considerable stretching effects (cable АВБВнг-LS, with the exception of fire dangerous areas, class B-1 and B-2). Single conductor cables are intended for use in a.c. voltage power systems. Cables are flame-retardent while bundled installation. Fire danger class of the cable is П1.7.2.2.
