PVC insulated PVC sheathed flame retardent power cables up to 1kV. The cables meet the requirements of Specs. 3500-001-46600751-2002.
Structure
- Conductor – aluminium or copper, single or multi-wire, round or sector shaped, class 1, 2 as per national standard GOST 22483-77. The number of conductors: 1-5. 4-conductor cables feature 3 conductors of the same area and one conductor of smaller area (ground or neutral one).
- Insulation – PVC plastic compound. Insulated multi-conductor cables carry identification coloring. Grounding conductor insulation is in two colors (green-yellow). Neutral conductor insulation is blue.
- Stranding – insulated conductors of 2-5-conductor cables are stranded to form a cable core. In the sector conductor cables PET film tape is laid over stranded conductors. In cables АВВГнг-П, ВВГнг-П (flat construction) 2 or 3 insulated conductors are laid-up parallel in one plane.
- Outer Sheath – PVC plastic compound of low combustibility.
Аpplication
The cables are designed for power transmission and distribution in stationary equipment rated for nominal alternating voltage 0,66 kV and 1kV, frequency 50Hz. Intended for application in cable installations, indoor (incl. fire-dangerous) and outside. Not recommended for underground direct laying (cable trench). Cables are flame-retardent while bundled installation.
